The best practices for using psilocybin include setting, intention, and support. By attending a group retreat, you have the benefit of being in a tranquil setting, supported by trained staff, and alongside fellow participants who will undergo the journey with you. Group experience and integration allow participants to “speak a common language” and show up for each other in a supportive, nonjudgmental way.
